HOW WE CHARGE
The SRA Transparency Rules require us to publish average fixed-fee ranges for certain applications we make for individual clients. Below you will find those ranges, what our fees typically include, and likely timescales. Once we have assessed your circumstances, we provide a fixed fee (or a clear estimate where we cannot be indicative).

Advice on the right route, evidence review, preparation and submission of your application, and guidance on the outcome and next steps.
We generally complete each stage within two to five working days of receiving all required documents — with Home Office times confirmed separately.
FEE RANGES
Fees depend on complexity and the seniority of the fee earners involved. VAT at 20% is added where we provide a service to you in the UK. Disbursements (Home Office fees, IHS, translations, etc.) are payable separately.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Costs payable to third parties — such as Home Office filing fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric enrolment, translations, courier and postage, Counsel’s fees, and Tribunal fees in appeals. Dependants also incur disbursements. These sit outside our fixed fee.
VAT at 20% is added to our fee where we provide a service to you in the UK. VAT is not applied to Government filing fees, but is applied to some disbursements (for example special delivery, courier, agent, translation and expert fees).
Complexity is assessed by factors such as prior immigration history, good character issues, personal and financial circumstances, future plans and urgency. Seniority of the fee earner also affects the fee. All matters are supervised by a Partner.
It would not normally be necessary to undertake other work or incur other costs other than those described above. We are happy to provide a more tailored quote once we know your specific circumstances.
Qualifications and experience of our fee earners can be found on our About page. All matters are supervised by a Partner and involve work by a Partner or Senior Associate and a Paralegal.
Tell us about your circumstances and we will provide a fixed fee — or a clear estimate — once we have completed an initial assessment.
